To support questions easily Registration has a simple contact form for end users to contact the organization.
Backend
When you create a new event you are required to fill in an 'Organization Support Email Address' (see attachment below). This email address will be used for customers who will have questions or remarks.
Frontend
On every page above the language selector you will find a link with 'contact'. If you click on contact, a pop-up opens and as a participant you are able to leave your feedback or ask questions. The email will be send to the email address what is filled in the backend. In the email will be stated all information which is provided by the participant.
