Setup Switch
Participants may switch into a different race.
To set this up, in your Dashboard page, under Races, select Edit Category next to the category you want to allow a participant to switch into.
In the Edit Race Category page check the box next to Allow switch to another race.
In the Switch Fee box, enter the fee to switch (if applicable).
In the Cutoff Date/Time box, enter the date and time whereby switches are no longer allowed.
How to Switch to Another Race
A registrant must visit their My Registration page. Here, click on the Change Race button to see an overview of the available races they can switch into and a link to the secure payment page to pay online (if applicable) for the switch.
