Camera connection troubleshooting tips

Ensure you have connected the correct camera (verify Device ID with EventCMS configuration). A Integrator will only detect the configured cameras at the time the settings were loaded.

If the camera(s) is configured in the EventCMS and connected to the configured Integrator and the Integrator does not show a connection with the camera you can try a couple of things:

  1. Check if you connected the correct camera to the configured Integrator (verify the device id's).
  2. Disconnect and reconnect the camera to the Integrator. It can take a while for the Integrator to show the camera connection.
  3. Reboot the Integrator. Go to 'settings' and click 'reboot' in the Integrator menu and wait till the Integrator has restart itself.
